Watercolor
In 2002 I had to take a watercolor class to graduate college and that was where I fell in love with creating this work. The stains on paper, the layering, the easy use of the materials, so many things that make me happy creating watercolor art.
Digital Illustration
I spent several years mainly from 2011 to 2017 just doing digital illustrations and basically neglecting all other art making. I had an Etsy store and made things and it helped me get by when I needed it most. I got to do things like show my Cat Butt doodle on Jimmy Kimmel to selling custom illustrations for companies and magazines.
Textile Art
I come from a family of sewers, and at a young age I was sewing and doing cross stitch and I didn’t find embroidery till 2020 in this pandemic. I have always enjoyed weaving but really my love for felt and creating 3D art is where it’s at.
